Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree-Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• No previous experience.
• In lieu of licensure and CCC only, SC Intern Certificate during Clinical Fellowship is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to speech pathology practices.
• Performs initial speech therapy evaluations and designs a plan of care.
• Implements and manages a comprehensive treatment plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Provides education to patients and families about diagnoses, progress and outcomes.
• Documents all assessment, planning, treatment and discharge details in the medical record.
• Maintains department productivity standards and participates in supervision of CFY candidates and students.
