Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• No experience required.
• In lieu of licensure and CCC, SC Intern Certificate during Clinical Fellowship accepted.
• SC SLP Licensure from Board of SLP Examiners or SLP Compact Commission preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to speech pathology.
• Selects, performs, and interprets speech/language, cognition-communication, oral motor, voice, and swallowing assessments.
• Revises and implements a comprehensive treatment plan and discharge planning.
• Provides supervision/mentorship to CFY candidates and therapy aides.
• Documents assessment, planning, treatment, and discharge in the medical record.
