The Healthcare Resort of Kansas City in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. As a member, you will support patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders and contribute to high-quality care.

The role involves screening, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Formación

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Screen and evaluate patients with functional disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatments per standards.
• Stand/walk regularly; assist with lifting and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Generate discharge summaries that meet regulatory and clinical requirements.
