Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for ASHA Clinical Fellow
• State licensure or credentialing required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore, reinforce and enhance communication and swallowing.
• Facilitate learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing to remediate disorders.
• Direct activities to promote health within scope of practice and ASHA ethics.
• Identify needs and refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Supervise CFY provisional licensees, students, and support staff per licensure and standards
