Ideal candidates hold a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Missouri licensure, and CFY eligibility or ASHA CCC. Strong communication and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Missouri Speech Pathologist License.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or CCC from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build customized therapy plans.
• Help patients improve communication, thinking, and swallowing skills.
• Document clearly and thoroughly and educate patients and families.
• Supervise students and rehab techs as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team.
