Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school in Illinois. The role supports Kindergarten through 5th grade with a diverse communication caseload; onsite schedule is 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 21 hours per week, three days per week.

The SLP must hold an active IL IDFPR license and IL Professional Educator License. Start date ASAP with end date June 7, 2027, and opportunities for collaboration, ongoing clinical support, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois IDFPR Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping elementary students develop their communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to a mixed caseload of elementary students
  • Support students across K–5th grade with a variety of communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success

  • Schedule: 3 Days Per Week

  • Hours: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

  • Weekly Hours: 21 hours per week

  • Setting: Onsite

  • End Date: June 7, 2027

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $45.00–$55.00 per hour
