Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities, delivering therapy plans and collaborating with care teams. You will design and execute rehab programs, tailoring approaches to each patient’s needs across diverse settings.

The role emphasizes teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing education, and visa sponsorship support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly-titled area.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits.
• Design and implement rehab plans and collaborate with patients to execute them.
• Support patients across various settings, and adapt to their needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
