Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients recover communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and implement therapy plans, assess progress, and coordinate with families and the care team to optimize outcomes across home and clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field required.
• CCC or eligibility for CCC‑SLP; state licensure as required will be needed.
• Current license/certification in the applicable state or eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology rehab services and design treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other clinicians to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Support patients across various settings including home and clinic.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC or eligibility

Licensed/certified as required in state
