Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and address speech disorders. You will design and implement personalized rehab plans and collaborate with the care team to deliver effective therapy.

You will support patients and caregivers to promote independence, adapt to diverse settings, and contribute to a holistic patient-centered approach across our care continuum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, ASHA-consistent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate and swallow, and address speech disorders.
• Design rehab plans and supervise their delivery with patients.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure timely therapy.
• Assist patients and caregivers with independence and daily activities.
• Support assessment-to-outcome process, adapting to patient needs.
