Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities across home, school, and clinic settings. You will design and deliver customized rehab plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes.

Collaboration with families and care teams is essential, with focus on empowering patients for independence. This role supports clinicians through mentorship, continuing education, and a pathway for visa sponsorship and relocation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible for ASHA Fellow.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans with patients.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to carry over skills at home and in school.
• Maintain mobility and adaptability across varied care settings.
