Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain power in communication and swallowing, and to deliver rehab plans effectively across diverse settings.

The role emphasizes teaching patients and caregivers, collaboration with the care team, and adaptability to patient needs, with opportunities for clinical mentorship, free CEUs, and Visa/Relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate and swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits; design and execute rehab plans for patients.
• Deliver rehab services effectively and efficiently; be responsible for the plan and its execution with patients.
• Serve as a teacher who trains patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Be adaptable to various patient needs and settings, moving through the day with agility.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive needed care.
