Domnovate Healthcare in Connecticut is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract in Canaan. You will evaluate communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within your licensed scope and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.

The role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, reassessing progress, coordinating with the rehab team, documenting promptly, and communicating strategies to patients and caregivers.

Formación

• Current Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for the role.
• Clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within licensed scope.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt care.
• Explain strategies to patients and caregivers, coordinate recommendations with the team, maintain accurate documentation.
