Domnovate is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a permanent, on-site opportunity in Laconia, NH. The role requires NH licensure or eligibility, delivering patient-centered care to assess and treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing needs.

You will work with a rehab team to connect goals to daily activities, document progress, and uphold professional standards. The position offers a 40-hour work week (Mon–Fri with weekend rotation) and a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM;

Qualifications

• New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology licensure or eligibility, with required licensure completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for speech-language pathology practice.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• The ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and to complete applicable client screening and credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs within your professional scope. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver appropriate interventions, monitor progress and adapt care.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so treatment goals connect with daily activities. Document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately and promptly, communicate relevant changes, and follow professional standards, safety practices and applicable requirements. The aim is thoughtful, coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity.
