Domnovate Healthcare seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a local on-site contract in Elk Grove, California. You will assess communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver interventions, and reassess progress within your licensed scope.

As part of the rehab team, you'll coordinate care, document promptly, and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.

Formación

• California SLP licensure or eligibility required.
• Clinical qualifications appropriate for the role.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within licensed scope.
• Develop goals and treatment plans, deliver interventions and reassess progress.
