Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Indiana. This full-time, on-site role targets K-12 students, welcoming CFYs and SLP-CCCs who are committed to helping children communicate and learn.

You will evaluate and treat disorders, develop IEP-aligned plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student success in a dynamic district.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Indiana state SLP licensure.
  • CFY (EFY) or SLP-CCC candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to advocate for student needs.
  • Maintain records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Contribute to an inclusive learning climate within a K-12 setting.

Required Qualifications And Preferred Experience
