Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to support two elementary schools in Indiana. This full-time contract runs from August 24, 2026, to May 21, 2027, with a focus on screening, therapy, IEP development, and inter-staff collaboration.

CFY candidates are welcomed and supervision will be tailored. Candidates must meet Indiana SLP licensure eligibility and complete standard background checks before start. Interviews are virtual via Zoom.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Step into a pivotal school-based role as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, working with elementary-age students across two welcoming school environments. Your daily work will be dynamic and meaningful, as you:

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings for students in grades K-5.
• Provide individual and group therapy, implementing specialized treatment plans for a caseload of 6080 students.
• Handle core school SLP responsibilities, including developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintaining timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, engaged parents, and supportive school staff to foster student progress.
• Participate in paid administrative tasks and contribute actively in team meetings.
• Travel between two elementary school buildingsdriving time is compensated when moving between sites during your workday.
