Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract serving Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K near Terre Haute, IN. In-person service is preferred to support students and collaborate with teachers.

You will assess and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEP-aligned plans, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Indiana SLP license.
• CCC or CFY candidates considered.
• School-based SLP experience with early childhood (TK/Pre-K) highly valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with student goals and IEPs.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement.
• Facilitate classroom-based and pull-out therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school team discussions.
