Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 team in Greencastle, Indiana. You will conduct evaluations, develop and monitor IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide services in individual and group settings to help students improve communication skills.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an Indiana SLP license or eligibility. CCC-SLP is preferred, CF candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged if eligible.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, interventions, and classroom strategies.
• Educate families and school staff on strategies that support student communication and learning.
