We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Greencastle, Indiana. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, interventions, and classroom strategies.
- Educate families and school staff on strategies that support student communication and learning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
