Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support students' speech and language growth in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Multiple positions are available for elementary through high school caseloads; both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time schedules are offered.

Join a collaborative school-based team to conduct therapy, assessments, IEP goal development, and progress documentation. CFY and new grads are welcome; flexible caseloads and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or student-centered SLP settings preferred.
• Knowledge of evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in children/adolescents.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with educators, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students across elementary to high school caseloads.
• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement student-specific IEP goals with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation per school and state guidelines.
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and staff development as needed.
• Support students' progress toward academic and personal milestones.
