Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current, valid state SLP licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Current valid CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication skills.
• Educate patients and families on disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
