Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Loveland, OH is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide a full range of speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Required education is a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology with active licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure required; CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• 0–1 year of experience in speech-language pathology is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, voice, and swallowing skills.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
