Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will perform assessments, plan and implement therapy, and monitor progress while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and familiarity with CCC-SLP standards; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA is preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
