Requirements include an active or pending SLP state licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or required, and CPR certification. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required, with 0–1 years of experience encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have an active or pending state SLP licensure (license required or in process).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders using assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing; educate patients and families.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
