The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC provides a full range of speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy in an interdisciplinary setting at Blair Ridge Health Campus, Peru, IN. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preference.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication skills, including articulation, language, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans in line with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
