Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting at Arlington Place Health Campus in Indianapolis, IN. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy to patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal communication and swallowing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred or required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
