Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services in an interdisciplinary setting. The role requires an active or pending SLP license and a CCC-SLP credential from ASHA is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Active or pending state SLP license required
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication and swallowing abilities
• Educate patients and families about disorders and treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Other duties as assigned
