Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years in clinical settings.
• License: Active or pending SLP state licensure; CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and patient interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills including articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
