Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in California to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans of care and deliver therapeutic interventions within a collaborative care team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, state licensure as an SLP with CCC-SLP, and BLS certification; clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• SLP licensure in state of practice and CCC-SLP required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing evaluations.
• Establish individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients, families and staff on communication and swallowing techniques.
• Document evaluations, treatments and progress accurately.
