You will conduct evaluations, set goals, recommend devices, and prepare progress records, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Required master’s in SLP, CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license; prior clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an approved program in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CCC-SLP certification by ASHA.
• Minimum one year of clinical SLP experience.
• CPR certification valid.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluative procedures and assess home environment as needed.
• Identify speech deficits, set goals, and participate in interdisciplinary care plan.
• Recommend communication devices when indicated.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress records per policies and regulations.
