Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in various healthcare settings. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborating with a clinical team to develop and monitor individualized goals.

Responsibilities include assessing deficits, creating and adjusting treatment plans, teaching speech and swallowing techniques, and ensuring interventions follow physician orders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure or in the process of application.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Current CPR certification and CCCs.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients referred for speech, hearing, or language deficits.
• Developing and modifying treatment plans to meet individual goals.
• Teaching patients sound production, voice improvement, and communication skills.
• Assisting with swallowing strategies to prevent choking or inhalation.
• Providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders.
