Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services in educational settings. You will assess students, develop IEPs, deliver therapy in both individual and group formats, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state license.
• ASHA Certification preferred.
• Experience in school/early childhood/pediatrics settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to support students’ academic and social development.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Train staff and teachers on integrating therapy goals into the classroom.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
