Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. You will develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in varied healthcare settings to deliver patient-centered care.

This role requires current state licensure and BLS; a Master’s degree and CCC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state licensure and BLS certification.
• Master’s degree or higher; CCC preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech and swallowing disorders.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and monitors progress.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintains accurate documentation and complies with safety standards.
