Job summary

Must hold an active or pending SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred or required, with CPR encouraged.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities
