Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services in a Grand Blanc, Michigan location. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders within an interdisciplinary team environment.

The role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active state licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred or may be required, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state SLP licensure required.
  • CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
  • CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
  • Provide therapy to improve communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
  • Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
