Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and deliver rehab plans, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy across settings to improve outcomes.

You must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA aligned) and be licensed or credentialed as required in Michigan. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (ASHA acceptable).
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech/communication disorders.
• Design rehab plans and deliver therapy to patients.
• Execute plans with patients, coordinating care and documenting progress.
• Adapt to patient needs and maintain mobility between settings.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to needed services.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
