Job summary

Avera Queen of Peace is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and provide therapy in a home health setting. You will develop individualized plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance patient goals.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a student loan repayment program. Active licensure or eligibility in the state is required, with ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP eligibility with ASHA or active supervised fellowship
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure at hire
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with formal/informal assessments to determine needs and plan care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation and nursing teams for patient care.
• Document results, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
• Communicate with patients, families, and physicians about status and goals.
