Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes under physician oversight. The role covers setting up care in single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care environments.

Candidates must hold an active SLP license for the state of employment, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and be able to drive in various weather conditions. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician.
• Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, or who require AAC.
• Work with patients in homes, assisted living, independent living or memory care environments.
