Qualifications

• CCC‑SLP or active ASHA clinical fellowship year and certification received within one year of employment Upon Hire
• Active state license as Speech-Language Pathologist Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia across settings.
• Delivers direct therapy services to patients in multiple settings.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation, medical and nursing teams to plan and coordinate care.
• Document evaluation results, treatment plans, progress notes, and related reports.
• Communicates with patient, family, physician, and interdisciplinary team regarding status, progress and needs.
