• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates function using diagnostic tests and assists in developing therapy plan of care
• Treats patients to improve communication
• Observes and reports patient response and changes in condition
• Instructs patient, family, and caregivers in speech therapy
• Function autonomously in diverse home situations
