Job summary

You will work with patients and families as part of a health care team, delivering interventions and documenting progress. Salary ranges from $74,936 to $112,404 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of residence
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• Available to work a weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and in coordination with the health care team
• Evaluates patient function and assists in developing the therapy plan of care
• Treats patients to improve communication and other needs related to speech therapy
• Observes, records, and reports patient responses and changes in condition
• Instructs patient and family in speech therapy techniques and home practice
• Functions effectively in home settings regardless of age, race, creed, or disability
