Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating function, developing therapy plans with the care team, educating patients and families, and documenting progress. Earn $45.00–$62.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates function using diagnostic and prognostic tests; assists in therapy plan.
• Treats patients to communicate effectively according to condition and standards.
• Observes, records, and reports responses to treatment to supervising nurse/physician.
• Instructs patient, family and caregivers in speech therapy areas to participate.
• Function in home settings regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or finances.
