Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services within the scope of practice and plan of care.
• Evaluates function and assists in development of the therapy plan of care.
• Treats patients to improve communication and swallowing according to patient condition.
• Observes, records, and reports responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Instructs patient and family in speech therapy activities.
