Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice and coordinates with the health care team.
• Evaluates functional level and assists in therapy plan development.
• Treats patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Observes and reports patient progress to supervising staff.
• Instructs patient, family, and caregiver in therapy activities.
