Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Gustine, CA. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-goal-based treatment plans, and provide direct and indirect therapy to students.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with a CA license and ESA certification, and CCC-SLP is preferred. Collaboration with educators and families is essential for student success.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) are required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.

Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Gustine, CA

Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position

Hours: Monday-Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

Start Date: August 2026

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
