RXinsider LTD. in Tracy, CA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families.

The role is a full-time school-year position with hours Monday-Friday. The candidate will provide direct and indirect therapy, participate in IEPs, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.

• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
