Job summary

Synchrony in Ohio is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide a full range of services including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. The role requires state SLP licensure and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of experience and may hold CCC‑SLP or CPR certification. Benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision, and a competitive 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure.
• CCC‑SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, including articulation, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
