Job summary

Synchrony is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio to provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized therapy plans, educating families, and maintaining documentation in compliance with policies. Licensure in state SLP and CCC-SLP preferred; CPR certification preferred; 0-1 years experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure in state SLP required; CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing, including articulation and language.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
