Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ohio, responsible for providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services within an interdisciplinary team. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and therapy across articulation, language, voice, and swallowing, with a focus on measurable patient progress.

Licensure (state SLP license) and CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required; CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
