Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and delivering interventions to address communication and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years experience in the field (as stated).
• Current valid state SLP licensure required or preferred (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, including articulation, language, voice, and swallowing skills.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
