Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes working with an interdisciplinary team and documenting progress per regulatory standards.

The position requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state SLP licensure, and preferred CCC-SLP credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licenses and Certifications: state SLP licensure required or preferred CCC-SLP (ASHA).
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing in daily life.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
